As a SAP Consulting Generalist Senior Associate you will focus on consulting services across SAP applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support that help clients improve operational efficiency and move toward their strategic objectives within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, and develop deliverables while building meaningful client relationships, deepening your technical skills, and mentoring junior team members. In this role at PwC, you will apply your understanding of SAP services and business application consulting to support solution design, user adoption, and ongoing client support across varied workstreams.



Responsibilities

- Analyzing client business needs across SAP applications and translating them into practical solution requirements
- Supporting implementation, enhancement, and optimization workstreams for SAP systems and integrated business processes
- Developing configuration and functional design inputs that align with operational goals and project scope
- Interpreting process and data issues to recommend improvements that support efficiency and user adoption
- Preparing testing materials, tracking defects, and validating fixes across project phases
- Creating training content and supporting end users through adoption of new or changed SAP functionality
- Collaborating across technical and functional teams to coordinate delivery activities and resolve issues
- Reviewing assigned work for accuracy and completeness while mentoring junior team members on task execution
- Interpreting feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine deliverables and advance solution design
- Applying SAP knowledge across ERP, integration, and process standardization initiatives to support client objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating SAP consulting experience supporting application enhancement and optimization
- Analyzing complex business processes and translating needs into practical solutions
- Interpreting data to inform recommendations and client conversations
- Managing priorities across multiple workstreams within client service settings
- Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity and change
