As a SAP GTS-Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our SAP practice. You will work on projects that involve SAP Compliance and Security, helping clients navigate complex challenges and implement effective strategies. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, contributing to the Transformation Controls & Security Integration - SAP initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, using your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver quality solutions. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex SAP compliance and security issues to develop effective solutions
- Collaborating with clients to implement SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting to support compliance initiatives
- Developing and managing compliance programs to align with regulatory guidelines
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Implementing corrective actions and remediation designs to address compliance gaps
- Advising on compliance technology and digital tooling to enhance operational performance
- Supporting the development of policies and guidelines for compliance and governance
- Engaging in AI-human collaboration to optimize compliance processes
- Providing compliance oversight and advisement to validate adherence to standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
