About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and validate financial master data and system settings, including G/L accounts, company codes, posting periods, document types, number ranges, payment terms, and tolerance groups.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate process designs, and ensure alignment with SAP standard functionality and project objectives.
• Support Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice posting, payment processing, withholding tax, payment runs, invoice verification integration, and reporting.
• Support Asset Accounting activities, including asset master data management, acquisition, transfer, retirement, depreciation processing, and period-end close activities.
• Support Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting processes, including master data maintenance, postings, allocations, reporting, and integration with Finance.
• Prepare and review project deliverables, including functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, cutover plans, and support documentation.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, regression testing, cutover execution, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
• Support integration with related modules and functions, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Project Systems, Budgeting, Vendor Master, Workflow, Banking, and Reporting.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW-related enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, and reports.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, with strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Finance configuration and end-to-end finance process implementation and support.
• Good understanding of integration between Finance and related functional areas, including MM, IM, PS, Vendor Master, Banking, Budgeting, Workflow, and Reporting.
• Working knowledge of Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, training, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and application support activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration programs.
• Understanding of financial controls, approval workflows, budget validation, period-end close, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams on Finance-related RICEFW objects, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an advantage.
