As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, specializing in SAP technology. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based projects, confirming timely delivery
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP functionalities
- Managing client relationships and providing support for seamless integration of SAP applications
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in SAP projects
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive business transformation initiatives
- Developing and maintaining SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori applications for enhanced user experience
- Facilitating process improvement and optimization through strategic technology planning
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
