POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be Friday-Monday (Midnight through 10:00am).
Sanitation is responsible for completing assigned inspections, maintaining sanitation equipment, and ensuring the facility and machines are kept in clean and sanitary condition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Report all safety near miss / incident(s) to Lead and Supervisor / Manager on duty at time
- Record all completed work in the Master Sanitation Schedule book (MSS)
- Ensure duties are preformed per Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP)
- Perform unforeseen sanitation duties as needed / requested by management
- Complete assigned inspections, maintain sanitation equipment and areas

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma preferred
- 1+ year of relative experience preferred
