As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Salesforce practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop deliverables that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will navigate ambiguity and use critical thinking to build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and using a broad range of methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions within the Commercial & Service Excellence network. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing business requirements to design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with existing business systems
- Developing and executing test plans to validate Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud applications
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives and timelines
- Creating and maintaining documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Identifying opportunities for process standardization and technology innovation within Salesforce projects
- Facilitating training sessions to enhance team understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging Salesforce technologies and trends

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling
- Implementing technology solutions for enterprise integration
- Developing training materials to support Salesforce implementations
- Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
