  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, integrations, and release cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume work across multiple Salesforce orgs and products.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and structured change management processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical, data, and integration issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements including FERPA and HIPAA.
  • Operationally focused with strong ability to manage competing priorities and keep work moving.
  • Strong problem-solver who thrives in complex, high-volume environments.
  • Collaborative leader skilled at building partnerships across units and disciplines.
  • Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering value and improving user experience.
  • High attention to detail, quality, and follow-through.
  • Commitment to privacy, data security, and responsible stewardship of university data.
  • Proven experience connecting inclusion, belonging and wellbeing practices to business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience supporting multi-org Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Boomi), APIs, and data synchronization.
  • Background in higher education, student services, or similarly complex environments.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud).
