As a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/LWC Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming client engagements by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce to drive impactful business outcomes. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client accounts, and strategically plan projects to meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and clients, utilizing your skills to deliver exceptional Salesforce consulting services. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing project timelines, and identifying opportunities for growth and development within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and inspiring your team to deliver quality results, while upholding PwC’s values and contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects within the life sciences sector, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and Lightning components
- Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver successful Salesforce implementations
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce Administration and Service Cloud expertise
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of innovative Salesforce solutions to enhance client business processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process modeling to identify and address client needs effectively
- Coordinating enterprise integration and technology implementation efforts to optimize Salesforce functionality
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and support
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design practices within Salesforce projects
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Confirming project timelines and deliverables align with client expectations and organizational standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business model development
- Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
- Embracing emerging technologies and innovative design
- Developing training materials for technology implementation and integration
