We're looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Lead Engineer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading high-performing teams, and delivering scalable, impactful Salesforce solutions.

As a key technical leader within our Salesforce practice, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of Salesforce developers.
- Act as a trusted technical leader, driving development standards, best practices and code quality.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
- Partner with business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce native capabilities wherever possible.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Guide solution architecture decisions, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Support project estimations, delivery planning and technical governance.
- Champion innovation and stay at the forefront of Salesforce platform advancements
Requirements
What you will need to be successful in this role:
You are someone who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for leadership.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC and Visualforce.
- Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring development teams.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation.
- Experience building integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot).
- Data migration and enterprise integration experience.
- Background working within Agile delivery environments.
