As a Salesforce Functional Solutions Architect Senior Manager you will lead client-facing Salesforce consulting work focused on assessing needs, shaping solution approaches, and guiding implementation across Salesforce applications to help clients improve operational efficiency and support business goals within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, apply sound judgment across complex situations, coach teams through ambiguity, and draw on your influence, professional knowledge, and network to advise stakeholders and move work forward. In this role at PwC, you will collaborate across client environments to translate business priorities into practical Salesforce solutions, communicate options clearly, direct delivery across multiple work streams, and contribute to the development of inclusive, capable teams while maintaining operational discipline.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Sales Cloud solution design and implementation workstreams across client engagements
- Translating business requirements into scalable CRM configurations, process flows, and user experiences
- Guiding discovery sessions to assess current-state processes, pain points, and future-state capabilities
- Advising client stakeholders on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality, pipeline management, and forecasting use cases
- Coordinating technical teams across integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities
- Reviewing solution architecture and configuration decisions to validate alignment with business objectives and platform capabilities
- Developing and presenting clear project updates, solution options, and issue resolution paths to senior stakeholders
- Coaching team members through complex delivery challenges while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales process efficiency, data quality, and adoption of CRM tools
- Applying Salesforce administration knowledge, business systems understanding, and implementation skills to support client outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation leadership across client engagements
- Applying systems thinking to translate business needs into solution design
- Coaching cross-functional teams through complex delivery challenges
- Crafting clear messages for senior client stakeholders
- Validating outcomes, incorporating feedback, and driving process improvement
