As a Senior Manager specializing in Salesforce Adobe Content, including AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, and Genstudio, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consulting services within our Business Application Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications will be instrumental in driving client success.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Salesforce applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Managing complex projects and guiding teams through ambiguous and challenging situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance project success
- Directing the team in innovative design and technology implementation to drive results
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
- Promoting the use of emerging technologies and leading practices across consulting teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive innovative design and solutions
- Excelling in systems project management and enterprise integration
- Leading teams through complex project architecture and budgeting
- Applying analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling and development
