Job Description

• Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop the PS sales team to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and strategic business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share growth, customer expansion, and long-term business development within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors.
  3. Lead key strategic accounts and support the team in identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities.
  4. Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, and performance tracking to ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.
  5. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular performance reviews, capability-building initiatives, and succession planning.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and Global Account teams, to deliver customer-focused solutions and business growth.
  7. Supervise market trends, competitive activities, customer needs, and industry developments to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  8. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and strategic projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and business processes.
   
• Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 10 years of sales, business development, or account management experience within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industries.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience with responsibility for mentor, performance management, and team development.
  3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug delivery systems, biologics, CDMO business models, aesthetics and related healthcare markets.
  4. Consistent track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and leading strategic customer relationships.
  5. Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with regional or global collaborators in a matrix organization.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively connect with global teams and customers.
