As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead from the floor, drive sales, coach and develop the team, and create the kind of customer experience that keeps our community coming back. You’ll help bring our “Happy Packing” culture to life while owning the day-to-day experience for both our customers and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by leading from the floor, identifying opportunities, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach, develop, and inspire Sales Advisors through real-time feedback, product knowledge, selling strategies, and hands-on support that builds confidence and performance.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service, authentic customer connections, strong product knowledge, and a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Partner with store leadership to communicate business priorities, track team performance, and turn KPI insights into actionable selling strategies.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment where team selling, clienteling, and exceptional service are part of the everyday culture.
• Act as a hands-on brand ambassador by staying up to date on CALPAK products, features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and new launches.
• Take ownership of customer questions and concerns, using strong judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and create positive outcomes.
• Lead manager-on-duty shifts by setting the tone for the team, prioritizing the customer experience, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Support accurate and efficient store operations, including Shopify POS transactions, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and opening/closing routines.
• Own the daily recap by clearly capturing and communicating shift callouts, sales trends, customer feedback and team wins, keeping internal and external partners informed and connected to what's happening on the floor.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of progressive retail experience, including experience leading or coaching a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

• You’re energized by goals and KPIs and know how to turn business priorities into clear, actionable strategies for the team.
• You’re proactive, solutions-minded, and comfortable making decisions independently in a fast-paced retail environment, including handling escalated customer issues.
• You’re comfortable with POS systems and cash handling workflows.
• You’re comfortable handling physical retail tasks like standing and lifting.
• You’re eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in lifestyle retail is a plus.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
