Summary of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team in Northeast Thailand:

• First priority will be given to candidates who are domiciled in Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, Mukdahan, or Amnat Charoen, and possess a strong understanding of the local healthcare market and customer network.

• Candidates with proven sales experience in ICU, NICU, General Ward, and Chemotherapy-related products or solutions are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell Terumo Medical Care Solutions (MCS) products, including infusion pumps, syringe pumps, infusion consumables, and related solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital management, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.

• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service training for healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with Clinical, Service, Marketing, Tender, and Distributor teams to ensure successful project implementation.

• Manage government tenders, quotations, and sales documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide timely market intelligence.

• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates accurately and on time.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.

Functional / Technical Skills

• Experience in hospital sales and government procurement is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
