Sales Specialist, Loyalty Solutions

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Personalized Card Linked Offers and Pay with Reward Points. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic issuer business development professional to identify loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Central Europe. The targeted market is Germany. Working alongside the broader Mastercard sales and account teams, you will specialize in creating compelling propositions for clients using our diverse range of loyalty products and vendors. Additionally, you will collaborate with solution architects and broader teams to sell complex loyalty platforms and programs. This position is an individual contributor role.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in Germany, including new and emerging neo banks.
- Assist banks in redefining their loyalty strategies to achieve better business results by transitioning to a Mastercard loyalty solution.
- Develop persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models. Demonstrate expertise when presenting to clients during pitches and workshops.
- Manage end-to-end deal closures through contracting and pricing approvals.


All About You:
- You have hands-on experience in Platform / SaaS sales or/ and sales in the financial services industry.
- You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in German and in English.
- You are a dynamic and ambitious sales expert with high energy and proactivity
- You possess excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen, and extensive experience in loyalty and loyalty program management. Preferably, you have experience in consultative sales approach.
