PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work as primary customer contact window to comply with company policies for securing and maintaining existing ship-to accounts and achieve customer satisfactions.
• Comply with LB sales work process for routine activities and report requirements.
• Develop new prospects and sign profitable contracts to meet company growth targets. 
• Work with cross function teams at customer site for safety compliance from product delivery, product storage, system operation and product consumption perspectives. 
• Leverage Company’s differentiated technologies and value-added services to win new projects and create customer loyalties against competitors.
• Timely and accurately feedback market information to management team for decision making.
• Execute and achieve Company’s improvement initiatives for Margin Enhancement (ME) and Price Improvements Programs (PIP). 
• Lead special task and support sales managers on coaching and development to team member for career success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The incumbent should have a bachelor’s degree in either Science, Engineering or Business disciplines.
• Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 5 years work experience in sales or related fields.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
