Job Description
【職務概要】
病院を中心とした調剤ロボットRowa™の販売
【職務内容】
・代理店担当者、支店長などとの関係構築、代理店と協働したエリア戦略の構築
・他社からの切り替えではなく、病院での調剤ロボットの新規提案し病院調剤の文化を変える
・顧客のニーズを把握し、Rowaを用い顧客の課題を解決する
・導入事例、成功事例を通し全国の他の施設へ幅広く調剤ロボット、Rowa文化を広める
・社内関連部署（マーケティング、フィールドエンジニアなど）との連携
・特にプロダクトマネージャーと協働し、病院へRowaを販売していくためのモデルの作成・リード
・販売目標達成に向けた戦略立案と実行
・展示会、学会などでの製品プロモーション活動
【応募資格】
・中～大規模病院への医療機器営業経験(3年以上)
・普通自動車運転免許
・PCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
・出張可能な方
【歓迎要件】
・大規模病院でのキーアカウントマネジメント経験
・機械販売経験があると尚良い
・薬剤部を中心とした医療従事者、特に薬剤部長などの権限者、事務方上層部との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
・優れたプレゼンテーション能力と交渉力
・自律的に行動し、結果を追求できる方
