Practice360 is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative to help create new business opportunities and introduce potential clients to the value of our fully managed marketing services. This person will play an exciting role in helping Practice360 grow by connecting with law firms, medical practices, and service-based businesses that need stronger marketing, better online visibility, and a more consistent system for growth.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, booking discovery calls or demos, and keeping the sales pipeline organized inside the CRM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, asking smart questions, understanding business challenges, and helping prospects see how Practice360 can support their goals.
This is not a passive sales role. We need someone who is proactive, consistent, organized, and excited to help build momentum. The right person will know how to follow up, create urgency, and turn conversations into real opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Qualify prospects based on need, interest, budget, timing, and decision-making authority
- Book discovery calls, demos, or follow-up meetings
- Ask strong questions to understand each prospect’s current marketing challenges
- Clearly explain Practice360’s services and value
- Track all activity, conversations, objections, and next steps in the CRM
- Follow up with leads until they are booked, closed, disqualified, or placed into a future follow-up cadence
- Keep the sales pipeline clean, active, and organized
- Share clear notes with the internal team before discovery calls or demos
Requirements
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Persistent without being pushy
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools
- Excited to learn Practice360’s services and explain them clearly
- Able to ask open ended discovery questions and identify pain points
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results
- Shows initiative
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Success in This Role Looks Like:
- Outbound activity is completed consistently
- Qualified meetings are booked every week
- Reporting is on time and complete
- CRM notes are accurate and up to date
- Prospects are followed up with on time
- The sales pipeline is organized and active
- The team receives clear information before discovery calls or demos
- New opportunities are consistently created for Practice360
System and Work Setup Requirements
- A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
- Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
- Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
- A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
