What would you do? Accenture partners with a global technology client to deliver its multi-year Sales Transformation agenda, equipping commissionable sellers across APJ, EMEA, PRC and AMR regions. Within the Sales Excellence function, the Sales Incentives team is accountable for compensation plans that are aligned to strategy and job roles, market-competitive and motivational, and consistent, transparent and simple. This role supports the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools, helping ensure incentive compensation is calculated, validated and reported accurately each cycle. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Analyst executes configuration, testing and reporting tasks, supports the monthly commission close, and builds subject-matter familiarity with commission plans and calculation logic. • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or Engineering. • 3+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrable ICM / incentive compensation delivery. • Hands-on experience in ICM tools configuration and development. • Business-analyst experience gathering and translating requirements (preferred). • Education or experience in accounting/finance, ideally supporting a sales/marketing organisation (preferred). • Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding, global delivery environment; large-enterprise exposure preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end ICM solution design for assigned commission plans and lead change implementation across cycles. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of commission plans, calculation logic and related data structures. • Partner with the delivery team and business owners to determine the optimal ICM tools configuration to meet plan requirements. • Estimate effort, facilitate prioritisation of change requests, document decisions and communicate delivery timelines. • Lead the monthly commission close – calculation runs, validation, payout reconciliation and dispute investigation. • Act as escalation point for complex calculation queries from the Global Sales Incentive team and regional stakeholders. • Design, develop and execute test cases, capturing results to validate functionality and configuration changes. • Document policies, processes and procedures; own and maintain ICM tools training materials and enablement content. • Deliver ICM tools training and knowledge transfer to team members; mentor and guide junior analysts. • Collaborate with IT on the design and implementation of data exchanges between the ICM tools and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP). • Drive continuous-improvement practices to strengthen processes, controls and solution quality, in line with SOX and audit expectations.
