Mactores is the agent-native AWS modernization firm. Most modernization work doesn't ship, it stalls in pilots, slips a year, or lands at three times the budget. We exist to ship it: production systems running, legacy retired, outcomes measured. Our delivery is built on Aedeon, the agent platform built by Mactores' founders' sister company, which absorbs the repetitive 60–70% of engagement work, discovery, dependency mapping, validation, test generation, that traditional consulting bills human hours against. Forward-deployed engineers own the rest: architecture, judgment, and cutover, on dates we commit to in the contract.
Fixed-date, fixed-fee engagements get sold to buyers who've lived through a migration that ran 2–3x over the right message only lands if it reaches the right person, with clean data behind it. As Sales Operations Intern, you'll keep that machine honest: research and enrich lead data, hold the CRM to a hygiene standard, build the HubSpot automation that keeps only qualified contacts in play, and support the outbound campaigns that put Mactores in front of buyers who need modernization shipped. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams. This internship suits someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn modern sales tooling, automation systems, and CRM practice properly.
What you will do?
Research and fetch complete contact details for leads — Name, Email Address, Contact Number, LinkedIn URL, City, State, Country, and more using tools such as Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio, and similar data sources.
Keep every contact in HubSpot updated, validated, and enriched with accurate, complete information.
Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows so only relevant, qualified contacts stay in the CRM.
Own data hygiene tasks: duplicate checks, segmentation, list cleaning, lifecycle stage updates, and contact scoring.
Work closely with the Marketing team to design and implement outbound email campaigns and configure them in HubSpot and Instantly.
Ship reports, dashboards, and CRM insights that sales and marketing can actually decide from.
Maintain documentation of prospecting processes, workflow configurations, playbooks, and templates, so the process outlives the intern.
Work efficiently with distributed teams and proactively communicate progress, blockers, and improvements.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead research.
1+ years of experience or familiarity with prospecting tools such as Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio, etc.
Basic understanding of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly).
Excellent attention to detail high accuracy in data entry and contact enrichment isn't optional here.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills; able to multitask and work at pace.
Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams and proactively manage assigned tasks.
You'll be preferred if
Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM for contact management or workflow automation.

Experience running basic analytics or reporting in Excel, Google Sheets, or HubSpot dashboards.
Familiarity with B2B lead generation, ICP definition, or sales prospecting methodologies.
Comfortable working with remote teams and communicating across different time zones
How we work?
The same thesis that runs our delivery runs our operations: automate the repetitive work, put human judgment where it counts. In delivery, Aedeon absorbs the repetitive 60–70% and engineers own the cutover. In sales ops, automation workflows absorb the grind of enrichment and list hygiene your judgment goes to what qualifies as a good lead, what the data says, and what the campaign should do next. Clean pipeline data is a shipped outcome. Treat it like one.
