职位概述

作为 JLLT 销售运营团队的关键成员，销售运营经理将负责优化销售流程、提升数据质量并驱动业务效率。该职位核心在于通过规范化的业务流程管理、精准的 CRM 系统维护以及深度的销售漏斗分析，为销售团队提供强有力的后台支持与策略洞察。您将致力于建立高效的信息归档体系，优化销售话术与技能标准，从而识别业务瓶颈，助力销售增长目标的达成。

主要岗位职责

1. 业务流程规范化与管理

• 制定并执行标准化的销售运营流程（SOP），确保日常业务操作的高效性与合规性。
• 负责销售会议的全生命周期管理，包括议程规划、会议纪要追踪及行动项（Action Items）的闭环管理，确保决策落地。
• 协调跨部门资源，解决流程执行中的痛点，持续优化内部协作机制。

2. CRM 系统与数据治理

• 主导 CRM 系统的日常管理与维护，确保数据的准确性、完整性与及时性。
• 监控销售团队对 CRM 的使用情况，提供培训与支持，提升系统采纳率。
• 建立严格的数据录入标准与审核机制，定期进行数据清洗，确保业务数据的真实可靠。

3. 文档管理体系建设

• 建立并优化销售文档管理体系，涵盖合同、提案、客户资料等关键文件。
• 确保所有业务文档的分类、归档符合公司合规要求，实现信息的高度可追溯性与安全性。
• 推动数字化工具在文档管理中的应用，提升检索效率与知识共享能力。

4. 销售数据分析与策略支持

• 深入分析销售漏斗（Sales Pipeline）数据，识别各阶段的转化率瓶颈与流失原因。
• 定期输出销售运营分析报告，提供基于数据洞察的策略建议，辅助管理层进行资源分配与目标设定。
• 通过预测模型协助销售团队提高业绩预测的准确度，驱动销售增长。

5. 销售赋能与话术管理

• 协同销售培训团队，梳理并标准化销售话术（Scripts）与销售工具包。
• 基于最佳实践案例，更新和优化销售技能指引，提升一线销售人员的专业沟通能力。
• 收集市场反馈与客户异议，迭代销售应对策略，增强团队市场竞争力。

任职要求

教育背景与经验：

• 本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、数据分析或相关专业优先。
• 5 年以上销售运营、业务分析或相关领域工作经验，有科技行业或专业服务行业背景者优先。
• 具备成熟的 B2B 销售流程管理经验，熟悉从线索到回款（Lead to Cash）的全链路运作。

专业技能：

• CRM 专家： 精通主流 CRM 系统（如 Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 等），具备系统配置或管理员经验者优先。
• 数据分析能力： 熟练掌握 Excel（高级函数、透视表）、Power BI 或 Tableau 等数据可视化工具，具备强大的数据挖掘与分析能力。
• 流程优化： 熟悉业务流程管理方法论，具备优秀的文档编写与体系构建能力。

核心素质：

• 逻辑思维： 具备极强的逻辑分析与问题解决能力，能够从复杂数据中提炼关键洞察。
• 沟通协作： 出色的跨部门沟通能力，能够有效影响利益相关者并推动项目落地。
• 细节导向： 对数据准确性和文档规范性有极高的要求，具备严谨的工作态度。
• 主动性： 具备自我驱动力，能够在快节奏环境中主动发现改进机会并推动变革。

语言能力：

• 优秀的中文书面及口头表达能力。
