About the Role

Sales Learning & Effectiveness exists to enable our sellers to do what they do best: sell. Our team supports the sales organization by developming learning experiences that enable the sales processes, tools, resources, and guidance that help sales associates work more effectively and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sales Learning & Effectivenss Intern, you will support initiatives that help develop and empower our sales organization through training, enablement, and continuous learning opportunities. You'll partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enabelement, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to  support the creation of engaging learning experiences designed to enable seller successThis role offers hands-on experience in learning program design and development,communications, and change management. You'll help support both ongoing development initiatives and new learning programs designed to improve effectiveness, accelerate onboarding, and strengthen seller capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives for sales associates and leaders.

• Assist with creating and updating training materials, presentations, job aids, guides, and learning resources.

• Partner with Sales Operations and business leaders to identify learning needs and support development solutions.

• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, onboarding activities, and development programs.

• Assist with communications related to training programs, learning resources, and sales enablement initiatives.

• Gather, organize, and analyze participant feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support the maintenance and organization of learning content, resources, and training documentation.

• Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports to communicate program outcomes and recommendations.

• Research learning and sales enablement best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that enhance seller effectiveness and professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Learning Design & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, , Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in training, coaching, learning, employee development, or sales enablement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating presentations, training materials, communications, or instructional content.

• Exposure to learning management systems (LMS), training programs, or employee development initiatives.

• Coursework in Learning & Development, Training & Development, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Adult Learning, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or Change Management.

• Experience with survey analysis, feedback collection, or program evaluation.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, or other collaboration and reporting tools.

• Interest in helping individuals develop skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their roles.

• Prepares and delivers insights and recommendations based on analyses.

• Executes tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
• Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
• May assist in research or special projects in a variety of areas in order to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives.

Nature and Scope

• Works in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols. Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems. Demonstrates skill in data analysis and techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.
• Nature of work requires general supervision; exercises judgment. May be paired with a mentor. Work typically involves regular process checks or review of output by a coworker and/or supervisor.
• May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Certification may be required in some areas. Generally 0-2 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
