We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fill our calendars with qualified conversations. You find the right people, start the conversation, run a short qualification call, and hand a well-prepared meeting to one of the owners. You do not close deals — the owners do.

Requirements

·    3+ years in B2B outbound sales, SDR or inside sales, calling US businesses.

·    Proven record of booking meetings with owners and senior decision makers.

·    Experience selling IT services, MSP, SaaS or cybersecurity is a strong plus.

·    Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with US business culture.

·    Disciplined CRM user (we use GoHighLevel; HubSpot, Salesforce or similar experience transfers).

·    Comfortable with prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

·    Able to work full-time during US Central Time business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT).

·    Own laptop, headset, reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
