• Calendar scheduling
• Automated confirmations and reminders

Pipeline Contribution

• Deliver Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) by:
  • Booking and confirming meetings
  • Ensuring meetings are attended
• Provide structured handover to BDM including:
  • Contact background
  • Business overview
  • Identified needs / challenges

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate records of:
  • Contact attempts
  • Outcomes
  • Qualification status
• Work from segmented lead lists:
  • Trade lane
  • Industry
  • Customer status (inactive, prospect, etc.)

Follow-Up & Nurture

• Ensure every interaction results in:
  • A booked meeting, or
  • A clearly defined follow-up action
• Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects not yet ready to convert
• Support development of long-term pipeline

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a similar role
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
