Your Impact

As the Executive Care Coordinator at Next Health, your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional experiences and personalized care for our patients. Your expertise in all medical wellness services offered at Next Health positions you to answer inquiries, direct care plans, and guide customers effectively through Next Health wellness recommendations, aligning with the Medical Team's suggestions.
You will confidently educate guests on our services, convert consultations into memberships and treatment plans, and ensure every client receives a personalized, luxury experience from their first visit through their ongoing wellness journey.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional luxury hospitality experience for every guest and member.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients while understanding their wellness goals.
• Educate prospective members on Next Health services, memberships, and longevity programs.
• Confidently recommend services that align with provider treatment plans and patient goals.
• Convert consultations into memberships, treatment packages, and recurring wellness plans.
• Meet and exceed individual and clinic sales goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain an efficient provider schedule.
• Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and client retention initiatives.
• Support patient onboarding and ensure a seamless experience throughout their wellness journey.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers and clinic leadership to create personalized care experiences.
• Maintain accurate client records and scheduling through clinic software.
• Help create an energetic, welcoming, and professional clinic environment.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a passion for both wellness and sales.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience in consultative sales with a track record of exceeding goals in wellness, medical aesthetics, concierge medicine, fitness, or other membership-based businesses.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a relationship-first approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable discussing memberships, treatment plans, and premium wellness services.
• Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, Google Workspace, or similar technology.
• A passion for health, wellness, longevity, and creating memorable client experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
