Position Purpose:

The primary function of an Operation Support & Sales Specialist is to support the Area Managers in the functions of operations, fleet management, and sales support. The Operations Support $ Sales Specialist adheres to and promotes safety, corporate policies, and procedures. This person will work closely with the Area Managers to meet mutual goals, assist in other work-related activities as needed, and guarantee the genuine customer service our customers demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare action plans by accounts & product line through effective search of sales leads & prospects. Be proficient in product knowledge to assist the customer in buying decisions. Provide timely and accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval. Support Area Managers in managing operational costs. Actively anticipate operational risks and create solutions and/or preventative measures. Assist Area Managers with MORA inspections. Play a key role in achieving operations goals set by the Area Manager. Assures compliance with the Safety and Loss Control Program. Manage customer files.

This position requires occasional travel; less than 10%

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 70% of the time. Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
• Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
• Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Working Conditions: Primarily office based or remote; with time spent communicating with customers, prospects and internal teams
