How You'll Make an Impact

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while positioning Hitachi Energy as a trusted and competitive partner in the market.
• Identify, develop, and manage a robust opportunity pipeline within Salesforce to support overall sales targets.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and champion Hitachi Energy's commitment to safety and integrity.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies and business plans.
• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Drive account growth by increasing market penetration and expanding business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development and relationship management.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty by delivering value-added solutions and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations, internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Demonstrate Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for individual actions and fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the energy or power industry.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage.
