A Day in the Life

Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) offers cardiac mapping and ablation technologies that help physicians diagnose and treat patients with cardiac arrhythmias. The portfolio includes advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, navigation technologies and electrophysiology solutions that support improved patient outcomes and procedural efficiency.

In this role, you will support customers across the Geelong region of Victoria and partner with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio, including advanced electrophysiology mapping and navigation technologies. The position is based in Victoria, Australia and operates under a Flex work arrangement.

As a Sales & Mapping Representative, you will provide clinical, technical and commercial support for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio while helping to expand adoption of electrophysiology mapping and navigation technologies. This role combines customer-facing clinical expertise with territory management responsibilities to support procedural success, customer education and sales growth across the assigned region.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems and the broader Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.

• Deliver product education and training to physicians, hospital personnel and support staff on product use and related electrophysiology procedures.

• Promote the safe and effective use of Cardiac Ablation Solutions products during customer interactions and clinical procedures.

• Manage sales activities across the assigned territory to achieve or exceed revenue and growth objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that drive long-term business growth and portfolio adoption.

• Partner with Marketing, Training & Education, Business Development and commercial leadership to identify and convert new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver customer training programmes for mapping and ablation technologies.

• Act as a regional subject matter resource for electrophysiology mapping technologies and share best practices across the broader team.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8+ years of sales and/or clinical experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of sales and/or clinical experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

• Demonstrated experience supporting the adoption and utilisation of advanced 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.

• Demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic and complex electrophysiology ablation procedures to operate as a technical support expert.

• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel interstate as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both consumable and capital equipment sales.

• Demonstrated success achieving territory sales targets within the medical device industry
