YOU WILL BE:
 

As a Sales Advisor, you are  responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving individual and team sales performance. This role combines expert product knowledge with a consultative selling approach to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships. The Sales Advisor actively engages with clients in a welcoming environment, leverages clienteling tools and technology to expand business opportunities, and promotes loyalty programs to enhance customer value. In addition, this role supports operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, ensuring compliance, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers.

• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences.

• Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests and commitments.

• Create a welcoming environment through graciousness.

• Utilize available clientele tools to communicate with customers and expand business.

• Frequently advise customers of the benefits of the InCircle program.

• Work to develop long term customer relationships.

• Help maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor.

• Ensure audit compliance.

• Demonstrate flexibility to the changing needs of the business.
   

AS A DSA:​

• Regular maintenance and re-merchandising of the boutique or area.

• Timely reporting of vendor specific monthly sales figures to designated vendor representative and Selling Manager.

• Intensified participation in the planning and execution of trunk shows and/or special events with strategic partnership with both direct and store leadership.

• Coordinating special orders and reserves with buyer, vendor, and sales associates.

• Drive your business by developing partnerships with Personal Shoppers and other store associates to promote out of home base selling.

• Leverage opportunities to regularly host and/or facilitate product knowledge trainings for store associates.

• Provide consumer feedback to buyer and vendor on a consistent basis.

• Remain committed for a minimum of 1 year to DSA role to demonstrate measurable business driving capabilities.

• Contribute between 15-20% of the brand’s total business, committing to drive it with both personal sales and OHB partnerships throughout the store.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb stairs.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
