Technology Strategy & Transformation is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on the clients’ most strategic priorities in the technology transformation space. Technology Strategy & Digital Reinvention: Defining and implementing Digital, Technology and Cloud technology strategies tailored to consumer goods, retail and travel companies, including pragmatic roadmaps for practical implementation Enterprise Architecture & Digital Core: Helping clients design, architect and scale their technology landscape, solving key business challenges by enabling architecture transformation and charting a journey from current state to their enterprise ‘North Star’ based on industry best practices and the next technology frontier Generative AI and Agentic AI-led Transformation: Identifying and prioritizing high-value AI use cases across the client's value chain - from demand forecasting to dynamic pricing and commercial analytics. Assessing organizational AI readiness, defining the data and technology foundation required to scale AI responsibly, designing target state architectures for reinvented, AI-enabled functions Application Portfolio Optimization: Assessing and rationalizing the client's application landscape to reduce complexity, eliminate redundancy and lower total cost of ownership, while ensuring the portfolio is aligned to business priorities and technology North Star Industry Specific Technology Consulting: Understanding specific client challenges within the consumer goods, retail and travel industry ranging from product/platform/vendor selection, addressing technical debt and solving chronic business process challenges by deploying cutting edge technologies Technology Architecture: Helping clients design, architect and scale their technology architectures to support new technology-driven growth Enterprise Growth & Innovation: Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to sustain high performance in a rapidly evolving industry landscape

Leverage your deep experience across technology strategy and enterprise architecture areas such as Digital & Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, AI/Agentic Architecture, Value case/business case formulation, Application Portfolio Optimization Strategy, Technical Debt, AI and Cloud Transformation Have a strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities. Thrive as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and profound knowledge of consumer goods, retail and travel market trends. Develop technology solutions and value-adding propositions specific to the consumer goods, retail and travel industry, and take these to market Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains Create expert content and use advanced presentation, public speaking, content creation and communication skills for C-Level discussions. Demonstrate strong understanding of the Consumer Goods, Retail and Travel industry, client or technology and function as an expert to advise senior leadership. Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, lead proposals and go-to-market activities to capture new client opportunities Demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization.

Your experience counts!

• MBA from a tier 1 institute (preferable) + minimum of 6 years of consulting experience
• Your prior experience in one or more of the following:
  • 9+ years of Strategy Consulting experience at a reputed consulting firm
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 of our offerings: Enterprise Architecture, Technology ROI/Cost Take-out, Application Portfolio Optimization, Modern Architecture, Cloud Transformation, AI-led reinvention
  • 4+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations
  • Functional and/or technical skills in one or more leading edge industry technology platforms (e.g. SAP ECC and/or S/4, Oracle EBS an/or Fusion, Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics 365, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
  • Hands-on skills in one or more leading cloud hyper-scalers such as Azure, AWS and GCP
  • Familiarity with one or more AI/ML services and agent orchestration platforms such as Azure ML, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, n8n, Flowise and CrewAI
  • Understanding and application of leading concepts in Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Security Architecture, Integration Architecture, Microservices architecture and SOA
  • Practical use of Enterprise Architecture tools such as Troux, Mega, Alfabet, Archimate, etc.
  • Experience in designing technology governance constructs based on established frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT is preferred
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Goods, Retail and Travel industry is required
• Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. AI, Agentic, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
• Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. GS1, ISO 14001 is desirable
