Job Description Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that business and financial processes are operating in accordance with procedures at the regional level.

Job description:

• Perform Stock Opname for all material in unit warehouse and ensure the administration process based on standard policies and procedures.
• Monitoring & controlling Dead stock (DSTA & DSTK).
• Socialization and education policies and procedures to all units.
• Perform vouching Cash/ Bank and cash opname.
• Monitoring & perform Opname Fixed Asset.
• Follow up Operation Internal Audit Findings and completion progress.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in internal audit, finance, accounting, or inventory control
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock opname, fixed asset management, and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of internal audit principles and internal control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to monitor audit findings and follow up on corrective actions effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct policy socialization and training.
• High integrity, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to be place in our unit.
