Following a hospital stay, your patient may need extended in-hospital care such as physical rehabilitation or specialized neurological care for a stroke, Altheimer’s, or Parkinsons. You ready your patients and their families with open arms and a “you got this” attitude. You encourage, comfort, and motivate them along the way as you prepare them for what is often a long, difficult journey of recovery from an injury, illness, or surgery.

The Must-Haves 
 
Minimum: 

• Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.  
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
