As the Clinical Manager, you will serve as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the coordination, quality, and delivery of clinical services. You will guide care teams, ensuring compliance with care standards, and support clinicians in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will act as a resource for staff, facilitate communication among providers, and help shape care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your leadership will directly influence patient outcomes and the overall success of our care programs.

Your Impact
- Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day oversight of clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinicians
- Monitor clinical performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote exceptional patient experiences.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Coach and mentor team members to support engagement, accountability, and professional growth
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance patient care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy laws while managing sensitive medical records and documentation processes
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high morale among nursing staff
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing in the State of Arizona
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing clinical teams. Prior Home Health experience preferred. Significant critical care experience in ICU, emergency medicine, and/or Level I or Level II trauma center settings is also highly valued
- Experience with Homecare Homebase preferred, not required
