You are: A seasoned consulting professional with deep Industrial Equipment Sector expertise. You will join a multi-disciplinary team that supports pre-sales solutioning, crafts proposals and provides strategic guidance to win transformative client projects globally. Key Focus Areas: Product & Service Innovation: industrial servitization and PaaS models; service-based B2C/B2B models for industrial and heavy equipment clients; connected products, recurring revenue and customer-centric value propositions. Digital Transformation & Smart Manufacturing: Industry 4.0, IIoT, digital twins; factory automation, robotics, advanced analytics; sustainable manufacturing and circular economy. Gen AI/Agentic AI: projects with a significant Agentic or Gen AI component; advising clients on AI strategy, high-impact use cases and adoption roadmaps. Value Chain & Operations Reinvention: end-to-end supply chain visibility, resilience, risk management; autonomous planning, logistics optimization, AI-driven demand forecasting. The work: This work will include but is not limited to: Support annual planning (sales targets, target clients, sales assets) and research on which companies to target over the next 6-12 months. Support sales / pipeline reviews with leaders; prepare for and support first client conversations. Define proposal response requirements and messaging, bringing the latest knowledge and content to each opportunity (industry trends, benchmarking, competitive insights). Prepare and help lead orals with innovative selling that differentiates Accenture. Support go-to-market assets and maintain the global repository (proposals, stage 0 decks, credentials). Run loss / delivery reviews with client teams to improve sales and harvest deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Industry-Specific Deal Support: own end-to-end deal solutioning for Industrial Equipment clients — solution architecture, feasibility assessments, business case, pricing, differentiators and proposals. Tailored Multi-Team Engagement: partner with Accenture teams that sell and deliver — Market Leads, Client Account Leads, Global Network and Sales Support teams. Thought Leadership & Asset Creation: stay current on emerging trends and build reusable assets that reinforce Accenture’s positioning. Qualifications: Sector Expertise: strong grasp of Industrial Equipment value chains, operating models and business challenges, and of the global Industrials landscape and its regulatory drivers. Leadership & Solution Advisory Excellence: 10+ years in consulting or pre-sales leadership, particularly in Industrial Equipment; proven success leading complex solution advisory engagements, crafting proposals, solution design and presenting to C-suite; must mirror the supported market’s working hours and stay flexible. Business Acumen & Communication: exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior client decision-makers across industries.
