Job Description:
Rapid Growth Market Units is a fast growing region of Royal Canin. The regional FP&A manager position will have a key role in the region to support the Regional RGM CFO in business partnering and financial planning where the requirements, complexity and perimeter additions have constantly increased in the past years. The FP&A manager role will be instrumental to strengthen the Demand copiloting and business partnering capabilities within Units and support the ones not directly resourced.
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Strategic:
- Key Partner to the RC Rapid Growth Market CFO, Key Finance Business Partner to the Regional Sales & Marketing Director and Regional People & Organization Vice President.
- Leads RC Rapid Growth Market financial forecasting process to ensure delivery of business targets in a volatile environment.
- Supports the regional CFO in the coordination of Annual Operating Plan process in collaboration with Rapid Growth Market Markets and Global HQ.
- Works with RC Rapid Growth Market CFO to shape longer-term objectives and priorities to reach the 2031 IVCP Vision, in line with RC Global OGSM.
- Contributes to the RC Rapid Growth Market Leadership Team (RGM LT) agenda
Operational:
- Provides analyses and insights on RC Rapid Growth Market financial performance.
- Provides a critical linkage between Global HQ Finance and Markets within Rapid Growth Market region. (Rapid Growth Market Markets >1B€ and potential >2B€ by 2031: Brazil, Mexico, India, Argentina, Eurasia, latin America, Indi with importers business Unit)
- Leads creation of key financial reports for the Rapid Growth Market region to support growth decisions.
- Champions AI, digital, automation and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to step change reporting and our ways of working.
- Provides Rapid Growth Market Markets support on financial systems and reporting tools.
- Leads Rapid Growth Market demand Business Partners and FP&A community.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Relevant work experiences (10 years)
- Fluency in English – French or a 3rd language a competitive advantage
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) , HFM, digital tools, Power BI
- AI Champion
- Relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting –ideally within an FP&A role
- Business Partner experience in a local market is preferred
- Prior Experience in a FMCG or Healthcare company is preferred
- Experience in a Regional position would be a competitive advantage but not mandatory.
