As a Reward Specialist in our Global Reward CoE, you’ll help shape how Haleon rewards, recognises and enables performance across a global business. You’ll work on high-impact reward programmes — from annual performance and reward cycles to bonus plans, frontline incentives, recognition, fair pay and living wage — turning data, policy and market insight into practical solutions that are clear, fair and easy for managers and employees to understand. The role will also include a variety of specialist reward projects.

This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across global reward, incentives, recognition and fair pay while working with senior stakeholders and complex reward programmes in a FTSE-listed global organization

Key responsibilities

Reward cycle and recognition

• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of Haleon’s annual performance and reward cycle, working closely with Reward Operations, Talent and HR teams.
• Support the evolution of Haleon’s recognition approach, helping translate enterprise design into clear, engaging employee and manager materials.
• Support the delivery of annual compensation review processes, including salary review and reward decision governance.

Bonus, incentives and governance

• Support the design and operation of annual bonus plans, including policy documents, communications, governance materials and support for the Incentive Review Committee.
• Act as custodian of the Bonus Policy, tracking and assessing exceptions and supporting clear, consistent decision-making.
• Advise on the design and review of frontline incentive programmes, ensuring plans are aligned to business objectives, reward principles and governance expectations.
• Support the maintenance and governance of reward policies, frameworks and tools to ensure consistency, compliance and a positive employee experience.

Fair pay, market insight and reward projects

• Support Haleon’s fair pay, living wage and evolving pay transparency agenda; helping build practical, globally consistent approaches.
• Support job architecture, job evaluation and grading activities; ensuring roles are positioned consistently and aligned with Haleon's reward framework.
• Analyse reward, workforce and market data to identify trends, generate insights and develop recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support specialist reward projects as determined by the Global Reward Manager, including projects linked to governance, simplification, communication, compliance or reward effectiveness.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel and confidence working with reward, HR and performance data.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, pay ranges or reward governance.
• Experience using HR systems, preferably Workday, and the ability to translate process requirements into clear technology and data requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex reward topics into simple, practical messages for different audiences.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to weigh data, policy, precedent, risk and business context.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across HR, Talent, Reward Operations, Finance and business teams.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a global, matrixed environment.

Preferred

• Prior experience in reward, compensation, recognition or incentives.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, business, HR, finance or related discipline.
• Reward-related certification or training, such as CIPD reward or equivalent.
• Experience in large, global organisations with complex stakeholder groups.
