By coaching and collaborating with Area Managers and Boutique Managers, you elevate the learning journey, creating a direct impact on client experience and business outcomes.

What you will bring: 

• Degree or tertiary diploma graduate with multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with a preference for a managerial role in selling, retail, or client service. 

• Strong client-centric mindset and vision for service excellence. 

• Excellent communication, influence skills, and a strong passion for people development. 

• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management skills. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility in mobility and retail hours.
