You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes with technology deployment. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Nous recrutons notre futur Manager Paie France pour rejoindre notre siège situé à Boulogne-Billancourt.

Votre contribution

Vous mettrez à profit votre connaissance approfondie des processus et des services dans votre domaine d'expertise pour garantir le respect des accords de niveau de service et des obligations.

En tant que co-responsable de l'élaboration des procédures opérationnelles standard, vous piloterez la standardisation et la simplification des processus grâce au déploiement de technologies.

De plus, vous contribuerez à l'élaboration de supports de formation, veillerez à ce que les procédures opérationnelles standard et les activités de protection des données soient conformes aux politiques de Mondelēz International et à la législation, analyserez et signalerez les exceptions, proposerez des recommandations pour l'amélioration des processus et piloterez le processus d'amélioration continue durable pour l'équipe.

• La gestion du changement et la conduite d’équipes dans le cadre de ce changement
• Le travail au sein d’une organisation de services partagés
• Un bon esprit d’équipe et la capacité d’influencer différents niveaux de l’organisation
• La conception et la cartographie de processus, ainsi qu’une expérience dans la collecte des besoins métier
• Une communication efficace, l’application de compétences interpersonnelles et la prise d’initiative
• Une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies au sein des processus RH
• La maitrise de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste
