Au sein de notre équipe Shopper Marketing, le/la responsable Activation Point

de vente aura pour mission de mettre en œuvre, exécuter et valider les plans d’activation définis dans le cadre de la

politique commerciale et de la stratégie marketing.

Responsabilités

1. Elaboration, conception et validation des matériels point de vente, pour maximiser l'impact consommateur /

shopper et faire croitre nos parts de marché

2. Responsabilité et pilotage du budget financier avec une volonté de toujours négocier et obtenir le meilleur prix

tout en maintenant un niveau de qualité important

3. Responsabilité du rétro planning avec suivi de la réalisation/fabrication des matériels

4. Promotion : Responsable de la construction et de la mise en place opérationnelle de l’activation promotionnelle

dans une recherche constante d’amélioration de la profitabilité

5. Référent et contact clé de notre partenaire logistique pour mettre en place des projets d’optimisation et de

réduction de coût

6. Contrôle de la bonne mise en œuvre des actions en points de vente

Profil

De formation Bac+5, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'univers de la grande consommation (GMS ou OTC), acquise en Trade Marketing, Ventes ou Marketing.

Passionné(e) par l'activation des marques et la compréhension des leviers shopper, vous aimez transformer les enjeux business en plans d'action concrets et performants.

Véritable leader d'influence, vous savez fédérer, convaincre et coordonner des interlocuteurs variés pour faire avancer les projets. Votre énergie positive, votre esprit constructif et votre sens du collectif font de vous un partenaire reconnu et apprécié.

Organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats, vous excellez dans la gestion de multiples priorités et faites preuve d'une grande autonomie dans des environnements dynamiques et exigeants.

Force de proposition, vous aimez prendre des initiatives, trouver des solutions et faire bouger les lignes.

Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un goût prononcé pour le challenge, vous contribuez activement à la performance de l'équipe, et à la création d'une dynamique collective porteuse de succès.

   

    

EUR 46,700.00 - EUR 64,212.50 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
