We are currently hiring for our new Glamping and Members Club “91 Athens Riviera”, an ultimate luxury cabana beach club experience, located in the area of Voula in Athens.

Reservations Agent

Some of the responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding room rates, availability, and hotel amenities via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional, timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
• Accurately input reservations into the system, ensuring all details (e.g., guest preferences, special requests) are recorded.
• Provide detailed and up-to-date information on room types, amenities, promotions, and packages.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including payment collection and related procedures.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements, ensuring all bookings are accurately coordinated and confirmerd.
• Deliver a high level of customer service, building rapport with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and special requests professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with guests through WhatsApp and other communication channels, responding to inquiries, requests, and arrangements throughout their stay.
• Assist with guest transportation within the property using the hotel buggy, ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient guest experience in accordance with hotel standards.
• Support the Reservations Manager in maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective yield management.
• Monitor and adjust room availability and pricing strategies to match demand and meet hotel targets.
• Promote hotel packages, promotions, and upsell opportunities, encouraging guests to book additional services.
• Manage billing processes, including payment collection and issuing invoices.
• Room charges, and process other financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Work closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Utilize the property management system (PMS) and reservation software effectively.
• Keep guest records up to date in the hotel's property management system (Opera).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, bookings, and cancellations for management.
• Monitor cancellation and no-show rates, implementing strategies to reduce them when necessary.

Requirements

Useful to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
• Previous experience in reservations front office, or guest services in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and booking platforms.
• Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hotel revenue management principles is advantageous.
