Position Overview

The Client Operations Associate assists clients with travel-related research, reservation coordination, booking requests, and ongoing communication. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in developing experience within the travel industry.

Training and ongoing guidance are provided to help individuals learn reservation processes, supplier systems, client communication, and travel-industry procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel research, reservation requests, and booking coordination

• Communicate with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and answer general questions

• Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options based on client needs

• Maintain accurate client and reservation information

• Monitor booking details, confirmations, changes, and applicable deadlines

• Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms

• Follow established booking procedures and supplier requirements

• Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process

• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment

• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems

• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

• Willingness to complete training and continue developing industry knowledge

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but not required

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity rather than a traditional hourly or salaried employee position. Compensation is commission-based and earned from eligible completed travel bookings. Earnings vary based on booking activity and individual performance.
