About our hospital:

At St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba, you'll be joining more than just a hospital, you'll be joining our community. As the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs, our 197-bed facility is home to a highly skilled and collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding care to every patient, every day.

We offer a comprehensive range of services including maternity, medical, surgical, paediatric, cardiac, rehabilitation and emergency care, supported by on-site pathology, radiology and pharmacy services. Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring we can provide care whenever it's needed.

Things that work for us:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife (dual registrations as Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse would highly regarded)
• Ability to work on a permanent part-time basis, ideally 36 hours per week however we do offer flexible rostering options to support your work/life balance
• Willingness to be a positive team member with an attitude to support others and problem solve efficiently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements
• Current clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability
