Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Regional Wholesale District Manager to join our team in the Midwest Region.

A Day in the Life:     

The responsibilities listed are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties for this role. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed, to support business objectives. 

Responsible for wholesale mechanical and collision parts revenue generated for NNA and dealers through the wholesale sales business channel to body shops and independent repair facilities. Candidate will be measured on their market’s contribution to the achievement of the Regional wholesale sales business plan and Certified Collision network development targets.

  • Develops and executes territory business plans that drive wholesale parts revenue growth, increase dealer competitiveness, and achieve regional sales objectives.

  • Partners with Dealer Principals, Executive Managers, and Parts Managers to review sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve wholesale parts operations and profitability.

  • Communicates, promotes, and drives adoption of wholesale programs, rebates, incentives, and ordering tools to maximize sales penetration, operational efficiency, and dealer engagement.

  • Evaluates dealership wholesale operations, including staffing, sales processes, inventory management, and marketing effectiveness, to ensure dealers have the resources and capabilities necessary to achieve business plan goals.

  • Assesses inventory stocking levels and parts availability to support wholesale growth, improve fill rates, and enhance customer satisfaction within assigned markets.

  • Develops, implements, and monitors action plans based on dealer contacts, business reviews, and market analysis to improve wholesale parts sales, operational performance, and program participation.

  • Promotes and supports Certified Collision, Wholesale Advantage, CRM, and related customer retention initiatives, increasing dealer participation and driving sustainable business growth.

  • Serves as the regional subject matter expert for wholesale parts, collision programs, and dealership systems, providing guidance on sales best practices, process improvements, data integration, DMS issues, and personnel development.

Who We’re Looking for:  

Required: 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in training, automotive consultant work, or dealership parts management

  • Three or more years providing on-the-job training to new employees and project supervision

  • High School Degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Dealership or Wholesale Parts Department experience

  • Sales experience within the Mechanical/Collision industry or Aftermarket

  • Dealer Management System knowledge and experience

  • Professional presentation skills

  • Thorough computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel:

  • Approximately 80% day and overnight travel.

  • Must reside in assigned market- Ohio preferably; Pennsylvania as an option as well.
