The Impact You'll Have

You'll own new-logo growth in your region. You'll land customers on their most urgent use case, often alert triage and investigation, then expand into threat hunting and detection engineering as they see results. Your work will directly drive Prophet's revenue and help define the AI SOC category.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute a territory plan to win net-new enterprise customers, with a clear land-and-expand strategy across Prophet's platform.

• Build trusted relationships with CISOs and security leaders, and engage SOC, detection engineering, threat hunting and procurement teams in each deal.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through business case, proof of value (POV), security review, negotiation and close.

• Run outcome-based POVs with Sales Engineering, using clear success criteria such as accuracy, analyst time saved and detection coverage.

• Position Prophet against legacy SOAR, MDR/MSSP and emerging AI SOC competitors.

• Co-sell with channel and technology partners to build pipeline and accelerate deals.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new-business revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales, including 3+ years closing new logos in cybersecurity.

• Strong knowledge of security operations buyers and technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and MDR/MSSP.

• Track record of selling platforms or multiple products, and of selling AI, automation or emerging-category solutions.

• Established network of security leaders and channel partners in your region.

• Consistent history of exceeding quota, with strong deal discipline (e.g., MEDDPICC) in complex, multi-stakeholder sales.

• Credibility with both technical practitioners and executives, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits & perks, and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
