Morgan Stanley · Vor Ort · Purchase, New York, United States of America

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Regional AI Specialist to help drive AI adoption across the field — our nationwide network of Financial Advisors and field management teams. This role will focus on helping Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners use AI as a practical platform to deliver targeted business campaigns, strengthen client and prospect engagement, and apply new capabilities in consistent, measurable ways. This role will be aligned to a U.S. region and will require regular travel across markets and branches within the assigned region. The role will also help uncover and activate business development opportunities by connecting AI-related initiatives to advisor growth strategies, prospecting efforts, and client engagement priorities.

The individual in this role will be responsible for embedding AI into core field workflows across business development, campaign execution, client engagement, learning, and growth strategies. The role will help translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, field-ready use cases, including opportunities tied to E*TRADE, product engagement, client acquisition, and retention.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that requires deep Wealth Management context, strong relationship management skills, execution discipline, and the ability to make complex topics approachable. The successful candidate will help move users from awareness to sustained behavior change by identifying adoption barriers, surfacing business development opportunities, capturing feedback, and scaling what works across markets and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Relationship Management

  • Serve as a regional point of contact for strategic initiative engagement and adoption across Wealth Management.

  • Partner with Regional, Market, and Branch Leadership to understand local business priorities, readiness, field needs, and adoption barriers.

  • Build trusted relationships with Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, Home Office partners, product teams, and subject matter experts.

  • Translate firmwide AI and business development priorities into region-specific engagement plans aligned to local operating rhythms.

  • Gather field feedback, identify recurring themes, and escalate issues, questions, or product gaps to the appropriate partners.

Enablement, Execution & Deployment

  • Lead practical education sessions, workshops, office hours, 1:1 coaching, and training sessions for Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, and Field Leadership.

  • Support broader initiative adoption across AI, Digital Assets, E*TRADE, product rollouts, field communications, tools e.g., Salesforce and learning/module plans, with a focus on how these capabilities can support targeted business campaigns and growth-oriented field execution.

  • Help field teams apply AI and related capabilities directly to day-to-day workflows, including client outreach, prospecting, segmentation, campaign follow-up, and business development routines.

  • Identify and support business development opportunities tied to AI-related initiatives, helping teams turn new capabilities into practical outreach, prospecting, and client engagement actions.

  • Develop targeted adoption strategies by audience segment, including awareness, activation, reinforcement, manager coaching, peer advocacy, and sustainment tactics.

  • Coordinate with Home Office partners, product teams, technology teams, specialist pods, communications teams, and risk/control partners to support effective field execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Wealth Management knowledge and ability to build trusted relationships across Financial Advisors, Support Professionals, Field Leadership, and Home Office partners.

  • Experience in field education, adoption, training, enablement, change management, product rollout, or a related field-facing role.

  • Ability to translate strategic priorities, emerging capabilities, and complex topics into practical field execution.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized, with strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities across markets or regions.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, quick learning, and adapting approach by audience.

  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to operate in a regulated environment.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, financial services, field education, adoption, enablement, product rollout, change management, or a related field-facing role; VP-level experience or equivalent leadership exposure preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, communications, finance, education, technology, organizational development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Wealth Management, financial services, field management, operations, product enablement, or advisor/team support.

  • Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical business use cases, including productivity tools, workflow support, prompt design, or AI-enabled adoption.

  • Experience partnering with product, technology, communications, learning, risk, legal, or compliance stakeholders.

  • Series 7 or other relevant licenses/certifications a plus.
