Job Description:

Credit Resolution Team is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding credit balances related to patient accounts, insurance credits and refunds. This team works collaboratively with insurance companies and guarantors to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and effective resolution of credit issues. Their goal is to maintain financial integrity, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the overall financial health of the healthcare organization.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ No Prior Experience Required Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Self starter. ▪ Proficient in using computers and computer systems. ▪ Proficient in online refund data entry.
