As a REEE Technician Student, you will play a key role in the administration of contracts and grants related to Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs).

This is a part-time student position for a six-month contract.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a REEE Technician Student, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Process the team’s daily tasks, including EAP letters, jurisdiction changes, and commitment defaults;

• Generate and send letters to clients and advisors;

• Process and perform a preliminary analysis of various error reports following the receipt of RESP grant deposit files and follow up through the task management system;

• Complete non-financial RESP corrections following various rejections, including those related to names or Social Insurance Numbers, and perform quality control of both financial and non-financial transactions;

• Stay informed about administration rules and changes to RESP product plans, propose improvements to contract administration, take ownership of implementing approved improvements, and maintain up-to-date team procedures.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a DEC or a bachelor’s degree in administration, financial services, or another related field;

• Is recognized for their analytical mindset, organizational skills, and sound judgment;

• Stands out for their excellent communication skills, particularly in writing;

• Demonstrates strong learning agility and great attention to detail;

• Is recognized for their ability to complete administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Intermediate English proficiency is required, as the incumbent will be expected to understand and process written communications in English with clients and advisors on a daily basis.

Advanced French proficiency
