JOB SUMMARY                                                                                                      

Recruitment Marketing Specialist is an onsite position responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies internally and externally for recruitment. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal departments, recruiters and members of our community to support company initiatives that include brand awareness, recruitment, career pathways and retention.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure full compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
2. Collaborate with the recruitment team to build marketing strategies and initiatives to meet short and long-term company goals.
3. Website analytics primarily driven towards recruitment objectives.
4. Social media analytics strategy for brand awareness, recruitment, career paths, and retainment.
5. Build and maintain relationships with local partners and educational institutions in the community.
6. Establish and expand branding initiatives in all segments.
7. Implement and monitor company’s social media platforms to increase brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
8. Generate, publish, and share content that builds connections on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
9. Maintain relevant content on the company website and identify and conduct updates. 
10. Participate and represent the company at community events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
2. Two (2) or more years of progressive experience managing social media, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing initiatives within a corporate environment.
3. Demonstrated high sense of urgency towards establishing objectives, metrics and driving results to meet company and department timelines.
4. Demonstrated experience creating and managing content across multiple social media platforms and digital communication channels.
5. Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop content for diverse audiences and communication mediums.
6. Demonstrated organizational, time management, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
7. Proven high level of detail in content creation  that shall represent and support a specific recruitment strategy. (i.e.: youth student campaigns, women in the workforce, specialized sets and more)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent attraction, or workforce development initiatives.
2. Demonstrated creativity and experience developing targeted campaigns for specific audiences, such as students, skilled trades professionals, veterans, or other workforce segments.
3. Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), branding, graphic design, content management, or related digital marketing tools.
4. Experience working within an aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, or other technical business environment helpful.
5. Proven team player and collaborator.
6. Read, write and understand the English language.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

1. This position has pre-employment testing requirements that may require fitness for duty testing and a vision exam.
2. Follow general shop safety procedures including the occasional use of safety glasses, safety toe shoes, and hearing protection.
3. Occasional travel requirements (local travel).
4. Work location is Mentor, OH (On-site/In-person).
5. Schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional evening or Saturday recruiting events.
