Position Summary
The Recreation Attendant is responsible for leading and conducting guest recreation and entertainment programs while ensuring all services reflect Four Seasons Core and Culture Standards. This role supports the overall guest experience by managing recreation equipment, assisting with activity planning, and always delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct all guest recreation and entertainment activities.
Provide superior guest service aligned with Four Seasons standards.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily recreation programs and events.
Accompany guests on scheduled activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
Manage equipment inventory, cleanliness, and condition in all recreation outlets.
Maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere in the Recreation Center.
Support smooth daily operations by completing all assigned tasks efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, and concerns.
Monitor and ensure the safe use of all recreation facilities and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or guest services preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and service‑oriented.
Ability to lead activities, events, or entertainment programs.
Good physical stamina and willingness to assist with outdoor/active tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
