We are seeking a Record Center Specialist to join our team in Nicosia.

Record Center Specialists play a key role in our company’s daily operations. They are responsible for managing clients’ records in accordance with company procedures, ensuring compliance with Iron Mountain Inc. security, quality, and confidentiality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management and organization of client files and documents.

• Support in document storage and distribution processes.

• Ensuring accurate recording, storage, and archiving.

• Collaboration with other teams to ensure efficient information flow.

• Adherence to security and confidentiality policies regarding records.

Required Skills and Experience:
